RETURNS POLICY: BRAND NEW games purchased from us that are opened, are not eligible for returns. USED ITEMS can only be returned within 7 days of purchase. Buyer needs to contact us immediately after receiving an item. Used Items can only be returned if the item was received in a condition that is different from what was described in the seller comments information for that item. Buyer pays return shipping on any items that need be returned. A re-stocking fee of up to 50% applies to any new items that have been opened and therefore are now in a different condition due to buyer having opened the product.
