Tacoma Goodwill opened in 1921 as the 19th Goodwill in the United States, offering training and assistance for people with disabilities or disadvantages. Goodwill donations are still the backbone of Goodwill Industries. Goodwill receives more than 46 million pounds of donated goods each year. We fund most of our vocational programs through proceeds from our online sales, 25 retail stores, a packaging & assembly resource for businesses, an auto detailing shop, and commercial custodial services. We proudly serve the citizens of 15 counties in Washington State. Through our education, job training and job placement programs, your purchase helps us help thousands of people each year.
