Welcome to Pinecone Bookshoppe! Please feel free to browse our ever-changing products. We are a “Mom and Pop” shop that primarily stocks used non-fiction books, but we do have a variety of other fiction and children’s books, as well as all types of CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, Software and other items. Please understand that we sell primarily used items that have been previously owned by other people.

So while we do examine our books, and note the significant good and bad qualities that we find, we cannot identify each and every flaw that a book may contain. But we do guarantee your satisfaction, so if there is something that you think we overlooked, please contact us directly and we will make it right with you.

If you do decide to return an item, please note our return policy: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date received in the same condition as sent. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items that are sealed in shrinkwrap must be returned to us with the seal unbroken. Do not return item if it will be postmarked after the 30 day return period. 15% restock fee on the price of the item for all returns that are not due to seller’s error. New books and media with obvious signs of use, or taken out of shrinkwrap will be charged a restock fee at 50% of the original purchase price.
