Items that are sold new must be returned new and sealed without tampering with the seals. Items are not returnable once opened up. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. This just covers all the costs we incur in your sale and return. Return shipping is also at the buyers expense. These terms allow us to offer our products at the lowest possible prices. Otherwise costs just get added in to everyone's purchase price which we find is not fair for the majority of customers who decide to keep the product they've ordered. Thank you for your understanding!
