All our Used Like New books may have overstock marks &/or price stickers. All our Used Very Good books may show minor shipping or shelf wear, All our Used hurt beyond shipping or shelf wear (dinged corners, d.j. tear ect) we tell you what the damage is. All our New CDs, & DVDs we sell are factory sealed. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, a 5 out of 5 on every order is our goal. We are happy to give price quotes on items we do not have listed on Amazon, we are usually able to find (and pass along) GREAT prices. We have been able to establish strong relationships with Christian book publishers. We are family owned and operated Christian bookstores in Salem & Niles OH. Our main store (purchased from the Evangelical Friends) has been serving customer's needs for over 135 years!
