About Just Like New Consignments

Most items sold can be returned for a refund. New items must be in original "new" condition and "unopened" and "unused." New items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. Used items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. These will also incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.Ink cartridges that are unopened and still factory sealed can be returned as mentioned above. Expired ink cartridges (as mentioned in listing) can not be returned for any reason once opened. In date ink cartridges can be returned if they are defective, however the returned cartridge must accompany the original retail box/package that it was shipped in. Serial numbers will be inspected between the cartridge and box. Cartridges that do not come with the box/package, as well as cartridges that don't match the box will not be refunded or shipped back. Return requests submitted after 30 days from date of receipt (as shown on tracking) will not be accepted. Returns postmarked after 60 days from date of receipt (as shown on tracking) will not be accepted. Items returned to us by the carrier will receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee and shipping surcharge. Shipments are always sent to amazon confirmed addresses. No exceptions. We are not responsible for incorrectly addressed items. We do not reship items. If your item is returned, you will be refunded (minus restocking fee and shipping surcharge) and buyer will need to reorder the item if buyer desires.
