RETURN: All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please Contact us for the RMA Number. After an RMA request is assigned, the products should be shipped backed and received by us within 10 days. We strongly recommend you buy signature confirmation service in order to avoid unexpected loss. All the return must have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. Serial number on the unit must match the serial number on the box, on the warranty card, as well as in our record. We record all the serial number and mark all our products (including fulfilled by amazon) before we ship our products.If the return product's SN didn't match our record then return package will be refused and sent back to you. Also we will report to amazon for further investigation. 1) Unopened Item (factory sealed) : Buyer can return item within 30 days of the delivery date If the item is Unopened. Buyer pay the return shipping. 2) Opened Item (factory sealed broken) : Buyer can return item within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item is opened. Buyer pay the return shipping.
