About Giganto-Saurus Liquidations Inc

We are a family run liquidation company. That means we are able to purchase merchandise at a discounted price and pass those savings on to you! We ship most standard orders via USPS Priority mail. (heavier orders may occasionally go via UPS Parcel Service) Most US packages arrive within 2-4 business days. All Expedited orders are shipped via USPS Express mail or UPS Parcel Service. We do require a signature on most packages. Orders are generally processed the next business day, after receipt of the order. Often orders are received much sooner than Amazon indicates the due date for delivery. We offer full refunds for all of our items. We are unable to refund any shipping charges, but we do not charge any re-stocking fees. For clothing returns the item must be unaltered, unused and with the tags still attached for a return to be accepted. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, we would be happy to do this. Please email us, to confirm availability of the size that you need. We will give you exchange instructions at that time. You will have to pay to ship the return item back to us, but we will absorb the shipping charges, shipping out the replacement, to you. (does not apply to international orders) This only applies to exchange orders.
