We source quality products from Madame Alexander, Barbie, Steiff, Gund, and Vandor from overstock sources. In addition, we have direct buying relationship with select hand picked boutique and artist doll and toy shops, including Linda Rick The Dollmaker (including Key To My Heart and Lee Middleton Moments lines), Munipals (NYC Subway Brio Compatible Wooden Railway toys), and Jailbreak Toys. We strive to provide each customer with a quality product, exceptional customer service, and a great deal. Our warehouse is located in San Pedro, California. We accept returns within 30 days. Please store any returns in a smoke free and pet free environment, items must be in the same condition as they were received for us to issue a refund. Please pack any returns securely, if possible reuse the original packing materials that we provided.
