**Returns** Returns can be made by contacting us within 7 business days of receiving your item to obtain a return authorization and instructions. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise. Items returned must be in sellable, unopened condition. There will be a restocking fee of up to 20% for any items returned as per Amazon's policy. Buyer pays return shipping unless a mistake was made on our part (sent wrong item) then we will take care of the shipping. Returns must be received within 30 days of item being delivered, no exceptions. Refunds usually show up within 2-3 business days.
