Your purchase will ship from eastern PA, usually within 24 hours, often the same day. Thank you for purchasing from us! We appreciate your business. Thank you! We do accept returns, however, item must be in original condition as when received and returned within 30 days of original purchase - 7 days from "return request" date with packing slip. Please note: Textbooks and other college course materials must be returned/received by us within 30 days of placing ORIGINAL order. Restocking fees (up to 50% off depending on length of return) will apply thereafter. We make every effort to give excellent customer service with honesty and integrity. If we make an error with your order we will handle it quickly and appropriately. If the order was placed with error on your part, we will not refund shipping since we already incurred that cost. In addition, we will charge a 20% restocking fee unless the item is a textbook or college related material, see policy above. Thank you again.
