My primary job is being retired, but my Amazon business is slowly taking all my time. I used to run a Bed and Breakfast; also, worked as a Massage Therapist, play organ and piano for a local church, perform weddings, and look for great deals or books and music CDs. So, I'm still a busy, busy man! But never too busy to stay in touch with my customers. I enjoy seeing folks get nice copies of books and music CDs at reasonable and affordable prices and I try to get them out to you as fast as possible. One of my main strengths is that I like to work out any problems with my customers so they are completely satisfied. You'll get a personal response from me every time you contact me. Please keep in mind that if it is not our fault that you wish to return an item (i.e. changed your mind, not what you thought you were ordering) we do NOT pay return postage and we deduct a 20% restocking charge. If we were at fault, however, we will refund you completely and gladly including return shipping.
